Greenhouse Purchase Refund & Cancellation Policy

​At BIC Farms Concepts, we engineer and manufacture high-quality greenhouses built to last. Because our production process requires an immediate commitment of capital and raw materials to secure your manufacturing slot, we enforce a strict refund and cancellation schedule.

​By requesting an invoice, initiating a direct bank transfer, or completing a payment on our website, you explicitly agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. The 48-Hour Cancellation Window
    If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, you must notify us in writing (via email at logistics@bicfarmsconcepts.com) within exactly 48 hours of your payment timestamp. 
     

    • Material Retainer Fee: Because raw materials, framing, and glazing components are automatically ordered and allocated immediately upon receipt of funds, all cancellations within this 48-hour window are subject to a 20% material retainer fee.

    • Refund Amount: You will receive a 80% refund of the total amount paid.

    • Processing Time: Approved refunds within this window will be processed and returned via the original payment method (or bank transfer) within 7 business days.

  2. Outside the 48-Hour Window (No Refunds)
    Once 48 hours have passed since your payment was received, your greenhouse order enters active fabrication, logistics planning, and material cutting.

    • No refunds, returns, or cancellations will be accepted after the 48-hour window has closed

    • All sales are considered final.

  3. Payments via Direct Bank Transfer (Pro-Forma Invoices)
    Please note that our policy applies equally to all payment methods. If you receive an invoice from us and complete your payment via direct bank transfer, the 48-hour countdown begins the moment the funds clear into our bank account. It is the client’s responsibility to review this policy on the invoice and website before executing the bank transfer.
